Tiffany, our Office Manager, has been with Wells Branch Vision Care since July of 2001. Tiffany was born and raised in Pflugerville, Texas and is currently on the worship team at Tree of Life Church. She lives in Austin with her husband and three daughters. She loves animals, music and children. Tiffany is also fluent in Spanish.
Penny joined our office in July 2009, as our Front Desk Receptionist. She will assist you with scheduling appointments, completing paperwork and updating any changes in your file. She will also be happy to help you with ordering contacts. Penny grew up in Belton, Texas and moved back to the Austin area after living in Colorado and Florida. A mother of three daughters and 5 grandchildren, Penny enjoys spending time outdoors camping and going to the lake with her family and friends.
Misty joined our staff in August of 2010 as the Optician. She can help you find the right frame, understand insurance benefits and help with glasses repairs and adjustments.
Janice Bullard is our billing specialist. Her duties include submitting bills to third-party payers, managing patient accounts and keeping our office properly credentialed with insurance companies. If you have questions about your insurance policy, Janice is the one to talk to.
